Our service provides you with access to a database of ingredients information by scanning product labels. This service might use generative AI technologies in some cases to generate the given information.
The content available through our service should only be used as a tool for general information. The information provided by ToxiScanner is not professional advice nor a replacement for professional advice. Users should always consult directly with the appropriate authorities or professionals for advice specific to their own circumstances.
ToxiScanner requires credits as a means to scan product labels. Credits can be gathered either by purchasing them in the app or by being awarded for watching advertisements. It is important to note that purchasing credits incurs real-world financial costs.
Purchased credits are ephemeral and not refundable. They are meant to be consumed while using the application and can not be transferred, exchanged, resold or gifted. Once purchased, credits cannot be refunded.
All purchases are final and non-refundable.
The use of ToxiScanner is anonymous; we do not require users to create an account or log in. Thus, purchased and rewarded credits are linked to the individual application install. Uninstalling the application or clearing its data might result in loss of all credits, and we do not bear responsibility for restoring these credits.
ToxiScanner retains the right to discontinue its service at any time and for any reason without needing to give prior notice.
ToxiScanner is not liable for any consequences related to usage of the app, including, but not limited to, ineffective products, undesired side effects, or financial loss related to purchase of credits.
We may revise and update these Terms of Service from time to time in our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them. Your continued use of the App following the posting of revised Terms of Service means that you accept and agree to the changes.
These Terms of Service and any dispute or claim arising out of, or related to them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of Romania without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.
